Private by design

Your baby’s data is yours.

A private baby tracker app, shared with your partner and with nobody else. No ads, no data selling, no AI, no social feed. Export it all to CSV whenever you like, or delete it all from inside the app.

Free for two, no card · Set up in a minute · No ads, no AI, no feed to scroll

The Today screen of the private baby tracker app: last feed 45 minutes ago, formula 120 ml; last diaper 1 hour 19 minutes ago; last medicine 3 hours ago; and, on Premium, last sleep 4 hours ago. Below them, an Invite your partner card.

What it will never do

Four no’s. No small print.

A private baby tracker app has to earn the word. This one makes money one way, the Premium plan, and that is the whole business model. Nothing about your family is for sale, and nothing about it is shown to an advertiser.

Deliberately not

  • No ads.
  • No data selling.
  • No AI.
  • No social feed.

Nothing in the app reads your entries to predict or advise. There is no advice either: it keeps the record, and questions about the numbers are for your pediatrician.

What we do collect

In plain words, the list.

  • Your account. An email address and a display name. Sign in with email and password, or with Google.
  • Your baby’s profile. Name, birth date and sex, which the growth charts need, and a photo if you add one.
  • The events you log. Feeds, diapers, medicine, weight, height and head circumference, with any note you attach. With Premium: sleep, bath, tummy time, temperature, and a photo on an event.
  • Usage analytics under a pseudonymous ID. Which screens are used and where they fail, so we can fix what breaks. Never your baby’s name, notes, photos or measurements, and it respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
  • Technical data. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type) for security, a push token only if you turn on reminders, which are Premium, and purchase receipts if you subscribe.

That is the whole list. The privacy policy spells each one out and names every service that handles the data.

Sleep, bath, tummy time and temperature are Premium.

Who can see it

A private baby tracker app that still syncs.

Your entries are stored on a server, so a feed logged on your phone is on your partner’s the next time they open the app. That is the design, and it is why the three promises below have to be real rather than decorative.

Isolated in the database

Every family’s data is separated at the database level, with row-level security, not by a filter in the app. Someone who is not in your family cannot read a single row of it.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Everything travels over TLS and is stored encrypted on the server. Photos on events sit in a private store behind short-lived links, and the location your camera embeds in a picture is stripped on upload.

You decide who is in

Invite by link. Each link works once and expires after 7 days. Owners can remove a member, and every event shows who logged it.

Free plan: 2 people in the family. Premium removes the limit: partner, grandparents, nanny, anyone you invite. Either way, only people you invited. How sharing works

You need an account, and the first sign-in happens online. After that you can log without signal and it syncs when you are back. If you want a log that never leaves one phone, this is not it. If you want one that two people can open and nobody else can, it is.

No ads, no data selling. Free for two people.

Take it with you

Export everything. Or delete everything.

Both sit in Settings, under Data & Privacy. Neither needs an email to support, and neither needs Premium.

Export to CSV

Every event, every field, every note, in one file. The export is not cut to 7 days: the free plan shows the last week in the app, but the file includes all of it. A full JSON export is there too.

Delete my account

Type DELETE to confirm. If you are the only person left in the family, the account, the family, every baby profile, every event and every photo are removed. If someone else is still in the family, your login goes and the entries you logged stay in the family’s record, re-attributed to its owner.

Older entries are kept, not deleted. Free accounts show the last 7 days of history in the app. Everything older waits and comes back the moment you upgrade, and your CSV includes it either way. Canceling Premium never touches your data; you go back to the free plan. The terms say so.

Questions

The short answers.

Do you show ads or sell my data?

No ads, no data selling, no AI, no social feed. We use usage analytics to see which screens are used and where they fail; they never include your baby’s name, notes, photos or measurements, and we do not build profiles of you.

Private baby tracker

Who can see my baby’s data?

The people in your family, and nobody else. Every family’s data is isolated at the database level, not by a filter in the app.

Privacy Policy

Can I export everything?

Yes, to CSV, whenever you like, on the free plan too. Settings, then Data & Privacy.

Can I delete everything?

Yes, from inside the app: Settings, Data & Privacy, Delete My Account. If you are the only person in the family, that removes the family, the babies and every event too. If someone else is still in it, the family stays with them: your login is removed and the entries you logged stay in the family’s record, re-attributed to its owner.

Does it give advice?

No. It records what you log and shows it back to you clearly: no tips, no articles, no AI, no “your baby should”. Decisions stay with you and your pediatrician.
