1. Service Description

Bundle of Joy is a baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log and share baby events such as feeds, diaper changes, weight measurements, and medicine doses. The service is available as a progressive web app at app.bundleofjoy.love.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bundle of Joy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bundle of Joy only for its intended purpose: tracking baby care events within your family. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service without permission
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

5. Family and Caregiver Access

• Family owners can invite caregivers to share baby tracking data
• By inviting a caregiver, you grant them access to view and create events for babies in your family
• Caregivers can edit or delete only their own events
• Family owners can remove caregivers at any time
• You are responsible for managing who has access to your family’s data

6. Medical Disclaimer

Bundle of Joy is not a medical device or service. The app is a simple logging tool for personal record-keeping.

• Data in the app should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
• Growth charts and tracking features are for informational purposes only
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice
• In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately

We make no medical claims and provide no health advice through the app.

7. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into Bundle of Joy
• You may export your data at any time using the CSV export feature
• You may request complete deletion of your data by contacting us
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content

8. Availability and Support

• We strive to keep Bundle of Joy available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• The app includes offline functionality, but syncing requires an internet connection
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Support is provided on a best-effort basis

9. Subscriptions and Payments

• Bundle of Joy may offer free and paid subscription tiers
• Subscription payments are processed through RevenueCat and the respective app store or payment provider
• Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are displayed at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

10. Intellectual Property

• Bundle of Joy, its design, code, and branding are owned by us
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission
• The elephant logo and “Bundle of Joy” name are our trademarks

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bundle of Joy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for data loss, though we take reasonable measures to prevent it

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms with a new revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
