Terms of Service

1. What Bundle of Joy is

Bundle of Joy is a baby tracker: parents and caregivers log and share baby events such as feeds, diaper changes, weight measurements and medicine doses. It is available on Google Play and as a progressive web app at app.bundleofjoy.love. These Terms apply to every version of the app, however you access it.

It is run by BundleOfJoy LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

By creating an account or using Bundle of Joy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Your account

You need a valid email address, must be 18 or older, and may hold only one account. Keep your login details secure: you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. What you may not do

You agree to use Bundle of Joy only for its intended purpose: tracking baby care events within your family. You may not:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose
  • access, or try to access, the service or other users’ data without permission
  • interfere with or disrupt the service
  • use bots or scripts to access it without our permission
  • upload malicious content, or exploit or try to exploit vulnerabilities

4. Sharing with caregivers

Family owners can invite caregivers and remove them at any time. By inviting a caregiver you give them access to view and log events for the babies in your family; a caregiver can edit or delete only their own events. Who has access to your family’s data is your responsibility.

5. Not medical advice

Bundle of Joy is not a medical device or service. It is a simple logging tool for your own records. Do not use its data for diagnosis or treatment decisions; growth charts and other tracking features are for information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. We make no medical claims and give no health advice through the app.

6. Your data is yours

You own everything you enter. You can export it as CSV at any time, and you can ask us to delete all of it by contacting us. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

7. Availability and support

We try to keep Bundle of Joy available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance may take it down briefly. The app works offline; syncing needs an internet connection. Support is best-effort.

8. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

There is a free tier and a paid subscription. Payments go through RevenueCat and the store or payment provider you buy through, such as Google Play. Price, billing frequency and terms are shown when you buy.

  • Google Play: Google Play’s terms apply. Manage or cancel in Google Play Store > Subscriptions; refunds go through Google Play support.
  • Web checkout: if you subscribed at app.bundleofjoy.love, the payment is processed by Stripe via RevenueCat. Manage or cancel it under Settings > Subscription in the app; refund requests go to hello@bundleofjoy.love.

We may change prices with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Cancelling does not delete your account or data; you keep the free tier.

Any platform you use Bundle of Joy through, such as Google Play, has its own terms. They govern your use of the platform and the billing and refunds of in-app purchases. We are not responsible for the platform’s practices, policies or availability, and the platform is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to maintain or support the app.

9. Our brand and code

Bundle of Joy, its design, code and branding belong to BundleOfJoy LLC. The elephant logo and the name “Bundle of Joy” are our trademarks. Do not copy, modify or distribute any part of the service without our permission.

10. Limits on our liability

To the maximum extent the law allows: the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim; and we take reasonable measures against data loss but are not responsible for it.

11. Deleting your account, and termination

Delete your account any time in the app (Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete My Account) or by emailing us. Within 30 days we permanently remove your personal data, baby profiles and event logs; if other people are still in your family, the record stays with them and your entries are re-attributed to the family’s owner, as the Privacy Policy describes. Deleting does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel it first where you bought it (Google Play, or the web checkout).

If you break these Terms we may suspend or terminate your account, and your data is then deleted as our Privacy Policy describes.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted here with a new revision date. Using the service after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States govern these Terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
