Questions parents ask before they start.
First sentence is the answer. Nothing here is medical: how much a baby should eat, what a percentile means or when a dose is due are questions for your pediatrician, and the app never answers them either.
What it is
Does it give advice?
No. It records what you log and shows it back to you clearly: no tips, no articles, no AI, no “your baby should”. Decisions stay with you and your pediatrician.
What can we log?
Feeds (formula in ml or oz, breastfeeding left, right or both, solids with the food name), diapers (wet, dirty or both), medicine with dose and unit, weight, height and head circumference. With Premium: sleep, bath, tummy time and temperature, and a photo on any event. Everything can be backdated and can carry a note.
Can I bring data from another app?
There is no import, so you start fresh from tonight. Nothing in your old app is deleted, so keep it for the old records. The growth charts only need your baby’s measurements, which take a minute to type in, and everything you log here exports to CSV whenever you like.
What does the Today screen show?
Time since the last feed and the last diaper, always, plus today’s running totals, and the most recent medicine or sleep. That is the whole answer to “when did she last eat?” in one glance.
Accounts and phones
Do we both need an account?
Yes, one each. You invite your partner with a link and nobody shares a password. Every event then shows who logged it.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. On an iPhone you open app.bundleofjoy.love in Safari and add it to your Home Screen; it then opens full-screen and does everything the Android app does except the widget. There is no App Store app, and Android has one on Google Play. Same account, same data either way.
How do I sign in?
With an email address and password, or with your Google account.
What languages does it come in?
English and Portuguese. We built it for our own family, and those are the languages we speak at home.
Sharing
Can I add a grandparent or a nanny?
Yes, with Premium: grandparents, a nanny, anyone you invite. The free plan has room for 2 people in the family, and Premium removes the limit.
Can I track more than one baby?
Yes, with Premium. The free plan covers one baby; Premium lets you add more, each with their own timeline, charts and settings, switched with one tap.
Offline and speed
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Log as normal; with no signal the event is saved on your phone and sent when a connection returns, and your partner sees it the next time they open the app. You need to be online the first time you sign in.
Is dark mode free?
Yes. Choose light, dark, or follow your phone. The dark theme is warm on purpose, so it does not blind you at 3AM.
Is there a home screen widget?
Yes, in the Android app with Premium. It shows time since the last feed, diaper and medicine on your home screen, and logs in one tap without opening the app. The browser version has no widget.
Price
Is it free?
Yes, to start. The free plan has feeds, diapers, weight, height, head circumference and medicine; growth charts with WHO percentiles and the pediatrician report; 2 people in the family and one baby; the last 7 days of history; dark mode, offline logging and CSV export.
Do both parents pay?
No. Premium is per family, not per person. One subscription covers everyone in it.
What happens to entries older than 7 days on the free plan?
Nothing is deleted. Free accounts show the last 7 days; everything older is kept and comes back the moment you upgrade. Your CSV export includes all of it either way.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Google Play or from the web checkout, depending on where you subscribed. Your account and data stay; you go back to the free plan.
Privacy and data
Do you show ads or sell my data?
No ads, no data selling, no AI, no social feed. We use usage analytics to see which screens are used and where they fail; they never include your baby’s name, notes, photos or measurements, and we do not build profiles of you.
Who can see my baby’s data?
The people in your family, and nobody else. Every family’s data is isolated at the database level, not by a filter in the app.
Can I export everything?
Yes, to CSV, whenever you like, on the free plan too. Settings, then Data & Privacy.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, from inside the app: Settings, Data & Privacy, Delete My Account. If you are the only person in the family, that removes the family, the babies and every event too. If someone else is still in it, the family stays with them: your login is removed and the entries you logged stay in the family’s record, re-attributed to its owner.
